Phoenix Education Partners, a portfolio company of global alternative asset manager Apollo Global Management, has filed for an initial public offering in the United States, according to a report by Reuters.
The Arizona-based education firm joins a wave of corporate issuers preparing for potential IPOs this fall, following the seasonal slowdown in August. Existing shareholders are expected to sell shares as part of the offering.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BMO Capital Markets, and Jefferies have been appointed as lead underwriters. Phoenix Education is set to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “PXED.”
The filing underscores Apollo’s continued strategy of backing companies in high-growth sectors and supporting their transitions to public markets.
