Guidepost Growth Equity has appointed Tom Eacobacci as Operating Partner, expanding his role after initially joining the Boston-based growth investor as an advisor within the firm’s Value Creation Group (VCG).
Eacobacci brings extensive experience in scaling technology businesses, having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of BlackBerry. Before that, he spent two decades at Citrix, where he held several senior executive roles focused on global operations, sales, and strategy.
Eacobacci will work closely with Guidepost’s investment and operating teams to help portfolio companies accelerate growth, strengthen leadership, and optimise operational performance.
