Keensight Capital (Keensight), one of the leading private equity managers dedicated to pan-European Growth Buyout investments, has made two senior appointments in its Human Resources team.
Berengere Peter has recently joined Keensight as a Partner to lead the HR function. She brings over 25 years of international experience in people and organisational strategy, developed through a career in both consulting and in-house leadership roles.
Halina Evans also joined in June as an HR Director in London after holding several senior HR positions, primarily within asset management firms and boutique financial services.
Together, they will oversee talent, culture and leadership matters. Keensight now has over 125 professionals, up from 55 people five years ago. The firm operates from two principal offices: Paris, where nearly 70 people are based; and London, which has around 50 people. It also has offices in Singapore and Boston to support portfolio operations.
