Rede Partners has appointed Nikki Ruklic as head of strategic advisory services (SAS), launching a dedicated advisory capability designed to help private markets managers make strategic decisions.
SAS will support a range of private markets managers facing inflection points including defining long-term firm strategy, sharpening sustainable differentiation, developing new products, and strengthening investor engagement and fundraising effectiveness.
Ruklic brings more than 24 years of experience across private equity investing and strategy consulting. Prior to Rede she spent 17 years at Bain & Company in both London and San Francisco, where she was a partner in its private equity group, advising GPs on firm and fund strategy, commercial due diligence, portfolio value creation, and operating model design. Earlier in her career, Ruklic was a member of the investment team at Blum Capital Partners and started her career at Morgan Stanley in New York.
