Houston-based executive search firm Beecher Reagan has named Scott Ratliff, as a partner, reflecting his role in scaling the firm’s operations and deepening its focus on sourcing senior talent for private equity-backed businesses.
Ratliff, who joined the firm in 2022, has been instrumental in building a multi-functional team leveraging AI, technology, and process innovation to support executive search for professional services and PE-backed businesses.
Ratliff specialises in placing senior leaders in private equity portfolio companies, including top-of-house executives and board-level appointments, with a focus on driving growth, value creation, and transformation. Under his leadership, Beecher Reagan has delivered consistent year-over-year growth in both search delivery and client engagement.
In his new role, Ratliff will continue leading PE-focused searches while overseeing the shared services team that supports the firm’s strategic talent platform, which includes Beecher Reagan Capital and Kinavic Leadership Acceleration.
