European growth private equity firm Jolt Capital has appointed Patrick Koller as an operating partner, adding a senior industrial executive to its bench as it scales its deeptech investment platform.
Koller brings more than three decades of experience across the automotive and chemicals sectors, most recently serving as chief executive of FORVIA, where he led a strategic transformation from a traditional components supplier into a global technology-focused group. During his tenure as CEO from 2016, FORVIA expanded through a series of acquisitions and joint ventures, increased its international footprint—particularly in China—and advanced sustainability initiatives, including achieving net carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions in 2025.
At Jolt Capital, Koller will work alongside the firm’s existing group of operating partners to support portfolio companies, with a particular focus on mobility, advanced materials and industrial technologies. The firm said his appointment strengthens its ambition to build “European industrial champions” within its growth-stage deeptech strategy.
Beyond his executive career, Koller has held several board roles, including at Air France-KLM and Legrand, and currently acts as a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group.
