DLA Piper UK has announced the appointment of Will Rosen as a partner in its corporate group. Rosen is a private equity and international mergers and acquisitions lawyer who spent over ten years at Weil Gotshal & Manges, where he was a partner since 2002.
His experience covers a broad range of corporate transactions, and he is recognised in particular for his expertise in advising private equity funds and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and private equity transactions.
Rosen joins a flourishing private equity practice at DLA Piper, which claims to handle more private equity transactions than any other law firm, and will add to the firm’s increasing strength in the mid-market and upper mid-market.
