Savana Partners has acquired the assets of business process automation solution provider Epitome Systems of Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Savana Partners has acquired the assets of business process automation solution provider Epitome Systems of Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Michael Sanchez, managing partner of Savana, will be chairman and chief executive of the new company. He served as president of the international division of Fidelity until 2008.
Savana Partners intends to target the Epitome suite of business process automation software toward some of the most critical areas of today’s economy: government, regulatory compliance, financial services and healthcare automation.

We conducted a thorough review of the Epitome technology and determined that it offers market leading business process automation features. This is Savana’s initial investment. Savana Partners, a private equity investment firm, plans to make other acquisitions and investments in technology and services businesses.
Vince Rogusky, Epitome’s founder, will be the president of the new company.
The new company will retain the Epitome Systems name and continue to serve its customers, most of which are in the targeted industries.
Epitome Systems is a provider of business process automation solutions using its Enterprise Productivity Management software technology which helps companies automate and streamline their internal and external processes and information.
