DTT Surveillance, a supplier of digital surveillance solutions for the restaurant industry, has raised USD7m of growth equity in a minority investment led by Post Capital Partners, with Gemini Investors also participating.
The funds will be used for growth capital and to expand upon the company’s rapidly growing restaurant and hospitality business.
"This is a great testament to our staff and our unique focus on providing our customers unparalleled service and support. To have two private equity groups give such a resounding stamp of approval to DTT further illustrates our leading position in the marketplace," says Sam Naficy, chief executive officer.
Michael Pfeffer, managing director from Post Capital, adds: "We are excited to partner with Sam Naficy and his team to continue DTT’s growth as the leading provider of video surveillance solutions for the quick serve restaurant industry."
Pfeffer and Jim Goodman, president of Gemini Investors, will be joining Naficy, Steve Pazuk and Al Berger on DTT’s board of directors.
