Hogan Lovells has advised Stephen and Peter Bond and the Management Team on the sale of Bond Aviation Group to Inaer for EUR300 million. The deal closed on Thursday 28 April, 2011.
In addition, Hogan Lovells acted on the rollover by the Bonds of some of their monies into the enlarged Inaer Group, backed by KKR and Investindustrial.
Private equity partner Tom Whelan (pictured) led the Hogan Lovells London team advising on the sale and the Bonds rollover, assisted by associate Fatema Dawoodbhai and trainees Suzy Penney and Emma Bosworth.
