Bichot & Associes , the new corporate law firm dedicated to M&A/private equity, has advised Clément d’Harcourt, founder of the company AlbumBlog, on its second fund raising.
AlbumBlog manages the website www.albumblog.com, a leader in online virtual and interactive photo albums. The funds raised from the industrial investment holding Qualis, for a non-disclosed amount, will be used to support the development of AlbumBlog.
