TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, has appointed Jeffrey A Del Papa as a Senior Vice President in the Services Group. He will focus on recapitalisations, management-led buyouts and growth capital investments in business services companies.
Del Papa joins TA from Thoma Bravo, where he served as a Vice President, originating, evaluating and executing investments and consolidations in the software sector. He was previously an Associate with Summit Partners, focused primarily on investments in the software, healthcare, consumer and financial services sectors. He also served as an Analyst with UBS Investment Bank. Del Papa received a BS in Finance from Babson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
