High Street Capital has sold its interest in Mac & Massey (Massey Fair) to Batory Foods, Inc. With branch locations across the continental US, Massey sources and distributes food ingredients for food manufacturers nationwide. Massey’s customers range from local niche, specialty food manufacturers to the Fortune 500. Massey’s management team will join Batory’s team in operating the combined businesses.

High Street Capital and management completed a recapitalization of Massey in August 2007. During their ownership period, Massey more than doubled in size, integrated its service offering and expanded its coverage service area across the continental US.
