Mooreland Partnerrs has expanded its European-based senior banking digital media and internet team through the appointment of Seth Kundrot, who has joined the London office as an executive director.
"Digital media and Internet currently account for the largest share of US investment value in Europe across the technology sector, and adding an experienced senior banker based in our London office focused exclusively on this area allows us much closer coverage of this sector," says Holt Thrasher, managing director and founder of Mooreland Partners. Seth's exceptional background in cross-border M&A transactions and raising capital further adds to our strong domain knowledge in the digital media and broader Internet landscape, and complements our dedicated coverage banking teams in the US and Europe."
Kundrot has been a digital media and Internet investment banker for over a decade, working with clients across Europe, North America and Asia, and has advised on over 25 completed transactions representing more than USD15 billion of aggregate value across areas including e-Commerce and marketplaces, adtech and digital marketing services, content and communities, and interactive entertainment.
Prior to joining Mooreland Partners, Kundrot was a senior vice president at Arma Partners, where he focused on digital media and Internet M&A, and worked in both the London and New York offices, having most recently led Arma's digital media and Internet practice in the US. Previously, Kundrot worked at Investec in London, where he originated and executed media and Internet transactions, and at Jefferies International and Deutsche Bank in London, where he advised on large cap corporate finance transactions across the TMT (technology, media and telecoms) sector.
