Giles Johnstone-Scott has been appointed director within Elian Funds Services.
Johnstone-Scott is responsible for the administration of a number of private equity funds and corporate structures and is part of the management team responsible for the ongoing operations of Elian's funds business. In his role as director, he is involved with client relationship management, business development, systems development and talent management. Mr Johnstone-Scott has more than 10 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry, including private equity, venture capital and mezzanine funds areas.
Prior to joining Elian in 2008, he held roles at Kleinwort Benson and Mourant du Feu & Jeune. Mr Johnstone-Scott holds the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators diploma in offshore finance and administration.
