Noerr has added to its private equity and venture capital practice group with the appointment of Christoph Thiermann as an associated partner.
Thiermann, who joins Noerr from P+P Pöllath + Partners, specialises in transaction-related advice to PE investors in an international environment and advises clients on investments and takeovers, as well as restructurings and divestments.
Besides investors, he also regularly advises companies on M&A transactions both on the buyer and the seller side.
At Noerr, Thiermann will primarily work with Georg Schneider, who heads the firm’s private equity and venture capital group, and will contribute to further expanding the practice.
