Private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners (TSG) has named Jessica Duran Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director, effective 5 July, 2017. Duran succeeds Wallace Wertsch, who will remain with TSG as an advisor.

Duran joins TSG from Deloitte, LLP where she was a leader in the firm’s private equity practice serving many of Deloitte’s west coast private equity clients. While with Deloitte, she served in the M&A practice and was a Tax Partner in the Business Tax Services group. She also spent five years at AMB, a publicly traded company with private capital funds.
