SFW Capital Partners, a private equity firm that makes strategic investments in mid-size analytical tools and related services companies has appointed Andrew Cialino as a Vice President and Head of Business Development.
Cialino is joining the SFW team from Axial, where he was the Head of Sales and a member of its executive team. Axial is the leading deal network for middle market M&A professionals. During his five years at Axial, Andrew worked with hundreds of middle market private equity firms on their business development strategies and developed a robust network of intermediaries across the US.
“Andrew brings an extensive network and strong experience in deal origination and intermediary relationship management,” says Roger Freeman, a Co-Founder and Partner of SFW. “We are excited to have him join our team to further build our capabilities as well as identify new opportunities to partner with analytical tools and related services companies.”
Cialino will be responsible for identifying new investment opportunities as well as maintaining and building SFW’s relationships with intermediaries and other potential deal sources.
