Campbell Lutyens, a global alternative asset advisor, has appointed Heidi Crebo-Rediker to its Global Advisory Board.
Crebo-Rediker, an American citizen, brings a wealth of experience in both government and the private sector. She is the Chief Executive Officer of International Capital Strategies, as well as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, Crebo-Rediker served as the State Department’s first Chief Economist, an Assistant Secretary level position, where she provided advice and analysis to the Secretary on a wide range of foreign policy issues having a significant economic, market or financial component. Prior to this, she was the Chief of International Finance and Economics for the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, following nearly two decades in Europe as a senior investment banker, working in both developed and emerging markets.
Based in Washington DC, Crebo-Rediker joins Campbell Lutyens as the firm continues its rapid expansion in the US. With a global team of 125 and a presence in North America for more than 15 years, Campbell Lutyens’ US-based team has grown to over 30 advising on both primary fund placement and secondary transactions across private equity, infrastructure and private debt. Heidi’s appointment follows those of Dr Teh Kok Peng, former President of GIC Special Investments and Wayne Kozun, a former Senior Vice President of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, reflecting the firm’s global reach.

Crebo-Rediker was named one of the “Top 25 Women in Business” by The Wall Street Journal Europe. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the London School of Economics.
