Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners names three new partners

Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners has appointed Andrea Taurozzi, Valentina Lattanzi and Federico Bal as new equity partners.

Federico Bal graduated in law from University of Pavia and has been working in the corporate department of the firm since 2013, specialising in private equity, mergers and acquisitions.

Valentina Lattanzi graduated in law from Bocconi University and has been working in the firm’s banking & finance department since 2016, specialising in structured finance.

Andrea Taurozzi, who graduated magna cum laude in law from University of Macerata and master’s degree from Roma Tre University, joined the firm’s banking & finance department in 2014 from Latham & Watkins. He specialises in leveraged finance and debt restructuring.

Following these promotions, the number of partners increases to 23.

The firm’s partner meeting also approved a significant change of its internal structure, consisting in the adoption of a single-tier equity partnership model and the definition of a clear and motivating career growth path for the firm’s talents.

Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners founding and managing partner Bruno Gattai, says: “We are extremely satisfied with our journey so far and the excellent results registered in 2017. These three appointments prove the firm’s ability to nurture and promote its best professionals. Human capital is central to a law firm and our younger resources need to know that the firm thinks and acts in their best interest, to help them become lawyers and better people. If we succeed in this, we will consolidate our position among the top Italian law firms”.
