LPA-CGR avocats has advised the shareholders and founding managers of Wiko Group on its reorganisation and closer cooperation with Tinno Group, its Chinese partner for the past seven years.
The French smartphone company, which is in the European top five for connected mobility and active in around 30 countries, has over the years become a major partner in Tinno’s worldwide activities. Pursuing closer alignment was a natural step for both companies which should help them to build a stronger strategic partnership aimed at conquering new markets.
