Growth Capital Partners (GCP), a partnership-focused investor, has appointed Michael Gray as Origination Director.
Gray joins GCP from A&M Capital where he was Head of Origination. With 12 year’s private equity experience, Gray previously spent four years as Head of Sponsor Coverage at Grant Thornton, responsible for providing deal flow, ideas, insights to PE clients. Prior to this, he worked at Lyceum Capital a mid-market private equity investor, responsible for driving their off-market origination across a number of sectors.
