The fresh capital will enable Push to enhance its sales and marketing efforts, as well as broaden product development.
In addition to the equity from Maven and GAM the deal also includes investments from existing shareholders. Maven investment director Andrew Symmonds and Guinness investment manager Ashley Abrahams will join Push Technology’s board of directors.

Push Technology is active in the enterprise-grade, real-time, data streaming and messaging space for mission-critical business applications worldwide. They are the company behind software “Diffusion” which enables clients to aggregate, manage, and broadcast real-time data at scale.
The platform is integrated into clients´ infrastructure through ‘cloud’, ‘on-premise’, or hybrid offerings, to ensure it fits each organisation’s business and regulatory requirements. Push Technology’s clients include TPICAP, Lloyds Bank, William Hill, and Racing Post.
Founder Sean Bowen has led the company since inception and worked to grow Push’s global footprint. Push Technology’s services offer potential for broader applications both in the corporate and consumer sectors, according to the company.
