Numis, an independent investment bank, has made several new hires in its Growth Capital Solutions team, within the Investment Banking division and appointed new Head of Operations.
Numis’ Growth Capital Solutions team supports a broad range of innovative, high-growth private companies, through primary and secondary capital raisings, strategic and M&A advice.
The new appointments are: Gbolahan Ladipo, Director, Growth Capital Solutions; Rachel Stott, Associate Director, Growth Capital Solutions; and Matt Wisniewski, Director, Growth Capital Solutions.
Tiina Winnan is the company’s new Head of Operations.
