Cleartelligence founders and managing partners Joe Marino and Ron Keler, along with shareholder and managing partner Anil Bharadwa, will remain significant investors and continue to serve as leaders of Cleartelligence post-close.
Cleartelligence marks ACP’s first investment within the IT services sector.
