International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Ben Cocoracchio as partner in its private funds team in London. He joins from Osborne Clarke where he focussed  on venture capital, private equity, debt and real estate.Â
Cocoracchio has experience advising both established and emerging fund managers on setting up funds in the UK, Channel Islands, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions. He also advises institutional and family office investors on their investments into private funds.
Cocoracchio has significant experience gained in both private practice and in-house, having previously served as senior legal counsel at international real assets fund manager Nuveen.
