Agratech Farms, a multinational corporation that is aiming to become the largest operator of hydroponic farms in the world, has appointed the Terra Vida Group, an independent alternative investment specialist, as the exclusive distributor of its latest product.
The investment specialist, Terra Vida Group, specialises in true diversification from traditional asset classes and the volatile global market. This expertise will allow Terra Vida to take a robust approach in the distribution of Agratech's hydroponic investment, their A-frame purchase model in the Asia Pacific region.
The A-frame purchase model is a hydroponic system that demonstrates how vertical growing can maximise the number of plants that can be grown in limited space, eliminating the need of soil altogether. The value of this initiative is apparent, and so is its scalability.
Agratech Farms intend to promote their products through global television networks and HNWI, and Terra Vida Group on the other hand will offer their clients diversified investment opportunities right on launching ground of the future of agriculture and farming industry.
Tony Healy, a spokesperson from the Terra Vida group, says: :”Traditional markets are not a stable long-term investment for investors. The deal with Agratech will allow us to offer our investors with the diversification required for passive investments that will yield a fixed return on their investment.
"This initiative we've taken with Agratech Farms is because the hydroponic investment shows a lot of promise. Not only does it offer fixed rental yields to clients but it also comprises of physical assets that are as good as money in the bank. And the revolutionary technology in place will allow both Agratech and TerraVida to lead the project to a successful conclusion.
"Just as our investors have a plan to get in a business, there is a plan to get out of it as well. We offer defined exit strategies that will be carefully implemented for the complete satisfaction of our clients."
Mark McGary at Agratech Farms, says: "This particular deal gives us access to ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWI) in Asia, even in time of regional unrest and political turmoil. This in itself is a very valuable plus point that cannot be ignored. With the world jumping to get a piece of the action, Agratech and Terra Vida seems to be at the forefront of this investment race."
