Pan-European private capital fund All Seas Capital has made a significant minority investment in Reducate EdTech Group, an online continuing professional education (CPE) platform.
According to a press release, the investment will help the firm, which has a strong presence in the Netherlands and Denmark, accelerate its European growth strategy by partnering with EdTech entrepreneurs and companies in the eCPE market.
Reducate operates through 11 brands, serving over 175,000 professionals across Europe in around 40 professions.
