Alpha Real Capital (Alpha), a specialist manager of secure income real assets, has appointed Ed Goldsworthy as Investment Director and Elliot Tegerdine as Technical Director as it looks to further expand renewables platform.
Goldsworthy brings extensive investment experience in UK renewables, and joins Alpha having held senior positions at Gresham House and FIM Services. Tegerdine joins to lead Alpha’s project delivery and operations, bringing over 20 years of professional experience delivering large power generation schemes and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
2022 is set to be another busy year for Alpha’s renewables platform, as it looks to launch its open-ended Diversified Renewables Income Fund (DRIF). DRIF will invest in UK onshore wind and solar opportunities, together with emerging sectors such as energy storage.
