Altura Capital, a lower-middle market private investment investment firm, has teamed with Perio Health Professionals (PHP), a fee-for-service periodontics practice in the United States, to launch Rocket Health Partners, an integrated dental service organisation platform.
Rocket Health Partners consists of PHP, one orthodontics practice, and four general practices in the Greater Houston Area, with a robust referral pipeline of high-performing dental practices across the country. Plexus Capital and Hamilton Lane co-invested in the deal.
Rocket Health Partners works with dental practices to provide expertise in finance, marketing, recruiting, benefits, and other practice administration to allow dentists to focus on maintaining the highest quality of patient care.
