Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Pierre de Raismes as a Managing Director in its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice, where he will lead the global professional services firm’s PE-focused team across Europe.
Based in Paris, de Raismes joins from Bain & Company, where he was a partner in the Private Equity and Financial Services practices and led Bain’s private equity activity within financial services in France. He also oversaw the firm’s global post-merger integration capability in the sector.
With nearly 20 years of experience advising private equity investors and financial services institutions across Europe and the Middle East, de Raismes brings expertise spanning the full investment lifecycle, from commercial due diligence and growth strategy to operational improvement and post-merger integration. At A&M, he will focus on deals across insurance, wealth and asset management, and fintech.
De Raismes’ appointment follows recent hires at A&M’s PEPI practice, underscoring the firm’s ongoing expansion in Europe.
