Private equity investment firm Ama Capital has strengthened its operator-led model with the appointment of Dominic Miller as an Operating Partner, according to a report by Bdaily Business News.
Miller, who is based in Manchester, brings extensive experience supporting buy-and-build strategies, having led sixteen corporate acquisitions in the UK and internationally during multiple rounds of private equity backing.
Miller co-founded healthcare consultancy Fishawack Health in 2001 and grew the business into an international group with more than 1400 employees across Europe, North America and Asia.
Miller joins Ama Capital’s growing Operating Partner team, which works closely with investee companies to support growth, acquisitions and value creation.
He also holds a number of non-executive board roles across professional services and engineering businesses.
