Amulet Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm investing in the healthcare sector, has closed Amulet Capital Fund III with approximately $1.2bn in total capital commitments.
The fund was oversubscribed and received commitments from global institutional investors including state and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations and family offices. Following the close, Amulet now manages approximately $2.7bn in assets.
Fund III will continue to invest within the broader life sciences outsourcing, healthcare provider and payor services ecosystems.
Via Fund III, Amulet has so far invested in minds + assembly, a design agency and platform serving the pharmaceutical, biotech and digital health industries; and Alliance Clinical Network, a clinical platform serving patients, pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs across dermatology, gastroenterology, neurology, pain, vaccines and women’s health.
