AnaCap, a specialist private equity investment firm for founders and management teams across the European financial ecosystem, has promoted Victoria Brown (General Counsel) and Graeme Chaffe (Chief Financial Officer) to Partner.
Brown joined the firm in 2015, following nine years in private practice as Senior Legal Counsel, before taking the position of General Counsel in 2020. She has been involved in every investment transaction since joining AnaCap and is now responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance-related activities across the AnaCap group. Brown is also responsible for wider firm operational matters, including the development, implementation and execution of AnaCap’s ESG and DE&I strategy, policy and initiatives, as well as HR and training.
Chaffe joined the firm in 2008 and has overseen the finance function for the past 10 years, playing an instrumental role in each of AnaCap’s key milestones over that period. Since 2022, he has been Chief Financial Officer and responsible for all financial and operational activities across the AnaCap group including systems, infrastructure, and Investor Relations. Prior to AnaCap, Chaffe spent four years in practice at Price Bailey LLP.
