The offer represents a premium of approximately 46 per cent to the volume weighted average price of Anaplan stock for the five days ending 18 March, 2022. Upon completion of the transaction, Anaplan will become a privately held company.
Thoma Bravo will use its significant experience supporting growing software franchises, as well as its financial and operational resources, to accelerate Anaplan’s strategy.
