Apex Service Partners (Apex), a platform of HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, has partnered with Southern Air Heating and Cooling (Southern Air), a residential HVAC services company.
Southern Air, headquartered in Ball, LA, with locations across Louisiana and Mississippi, will join Florida businesses Best Home Services and Frank Gay Services as a member of the Apex platform. Southern Air will continue to be operated independently by the founding Preuett family under its current brand names.
The partnership follows Apex’s plans to invest a minimum of USD100 million in equity capital HVAC, plumbing and electrical services companies across the US in order to create a network of market-leading service companies.
