Arent Fox has expanded its Corporate & Securities practice with the addition of partner Jonathan P Bagg.
Bagg represents senior and mezzanine lenders, corporate borrowers, and financial sponsors in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, and debt restructurings.
Bagg joined the firm from Cooley LLP and has particular experience advising clients in the retail, transportation, financial services, media, manufacturing, life sciences, and education sectors. Beyond transactions, Jonathan counsels clients in connection with the delivery or receipt of financial advisory services, including fairness opinions and solvency opinions. He routinely provides counsel on general corporate matters. Already this year, Arent Fox has added 10 Partners and Counsel, including private equity, M&A, and VC Partner Steve Hanson in New York.
