Ares Management, a global private equity giant managing $463.8bn in assets, is set to establish a new office in Miami Beach, with the firm reportedly securing approximately 12,000 square feet at Eighteen Sunset, a mixed-use development in Sunset Harbour, according to a report by the Business Journals.
Eighteen Sunset, located at 1759 Purdy Avenue, is a five-story Class A commercial building combining retail and office spaces. Following two recent lease agreements totalling 17,708 square feet, the office space in Eighteen Sunset is now fully leased. While the tenants involved in the deals were not officially disclosed, there are reports citing unnamed sources as confirming that Ares is one of them.
The Los Angeles-based firm is relocating its South Florida operations from Palm Beach Gardens to Miami Beach.
