Arnold & Porter adds to Corporate & Finance Practice in London

Arnold & Porter has appointed Marc Isaacs as a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice, resident in London.

Kathleen Harris, head of Arnold & Porter’s London office and co-chair of the firm’s Anti-Corruption practice, says: “Marc has extensive experience in international cross-border finance transactions across Europe and around the world. His arrival will deepen our offering in leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance, and restructuring.”

Isaacs’s practice focuses on bilateral and syndicated lending transactions with a focus in sports finance, infrastructure finance, real estate finance, and general secured lending. He represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors and international corporations.

In joining the firm, Isaacs says: “Arnold & Porter has a multidisciplinary approach to handling transactions that provides all-encompassing support for its clients. I look forward to strengthening the firm’s debt finance and international cross-border finance transaction offerings to bolster its breadth of transactional, regulatory, and litigation practices.”

Fluent in German, Isaacs attended the College of Law, London Bloomsbury and received his LLB, with honours, from the University of Bristol.
