Arrow Global Group Limited (Arrow Global), a European alternative asset manager specialising in private credit and real estate, has appointed Enrico Sanna as CEO Platforms, reporting directly to Zach Lewy, the firm’s Founder, CEO, and CIO.
In his new role, Sanna will lead Arrow’s asset-backed platform strategy, focusing on platform growth, integration, and alignment with investment strategies in new and existing markets. His priorities include optimising operational value creation, advancing technological efficiencies, improving data management, and collaborating with Chief Investment Officers to scale assets under management across Arrow’s platforms.
Sanna has previously held leadership roles in private credit, real estate, and financial services. In 2017, Enrico founded FORA with the backing of Brockton Capital, which rapidly grew to become a leader in flexible office spaces, culminating in its 2022 merger with The Office Group (TOG), a Blackstone portfolio company. As CEO of the combined entity, Enrico scaled the combined business to a valuation of $2bn, overseeing a workforce of 750 across Europe.
Prior to FORA, Sanna was Global Head of Operating Assets at Deutsche Bank, managing a $40bn portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and logistics assets.
Earlier in his career, Sanna was Vice President in the Strategic and Planning Group at American Express, where he supported the global CEO in delivering strategic initiatives across international markets.
An Italian national, Sanna will be based in Europe, focussed on our key markets in Western Europe.
Sanna holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
