The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
ATP, headquartered in Wollerau, Switzerland, with production sites in Bad Kreuzburg (Germany), Philadelphia (USA), and Ipswich (United Kingdom), employs approximately 460 staff and has its own R&D capabilities to develop single- and double-sided high-performing industrial adhesive tapes, tailored individually to specific customer requirements.
