ATL Partners portfolio company Global Critical Logistics (GCL) has acquired Dynamic International Freight Services and Dynamic Dox, a non-asset-based provider of Film & TV production logistics solutions based in the UK.
GCL is a global holding company for freight forwarding and global logistics providers to specialty sectors. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
