Audax Private Equity (Audax) has made a strategic growth investment in Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), a veterinary practice management group and portfolio company of Pamlico Capital.
Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed but VPP will use the investment funds to further its co-ownership model whereby it provides operational support to veterinarians across learning and development, HR and recruiting, marketing, technology, and finance.
