Insigneo Financial Group, an independent wealth management platform catering to international advisors and clients, has secured a significant minority investment of $100 million led by Bain Capital Credit and JC Flowers & Co, with participation from private investors.
The capital will be used to accelerate Insigneo’s growth and expansion strategy.
Headquartered in Miami, Florida, Insigneo operates as an SEC-registered broker dealer and registered investment advisor.
