Baird Capital, a global private equity and venture capital arm of Baird, has promoted Louise Kingston to Partner. Kingston, who is part of the firm’s Portfolio Operations team, joined Baird Capital in London as a Director in January 2022.
According to a press statement, Kingston leads Baird Capital’s internal data projects, which involve “synergising reporting processes and managing data”. She is directly involved with portfolio companies Aura, ecube and JMAN, as well as the recent exit of CAV Systems.
Kingston also sourced the team’s 2023 investment in JMAN, an international commercially focused data consultancy that has recently expanded into the North American market.
Kingston has 20 years of financial and private equity experience. Prior to Baird, she spent eight years at mid-market private equity firm Livingbridge where she was an Investment Director with responsibility for driving value creation strategies across a portfolio of investee companies. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a first-class Bachelor of Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Glasgow.
