BDO, a provider of business advisory services with a revenue of $12.8bn, has promoted Jamie Austin to Head of Global Private Equity. Austin has been part of the firm’s global PE leadership team since its inception.
According to a press release, Austin’s new role will see him continuing to lead BDO’s commitment to deliver a full range of services to private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Prior to BDO, Austin advised on hundreds of deals across various sectors including the IPO of Pizza Express, acquisitions, government funding initiatives, debt raisings, public takeovers, management buy-outs and sales of private businesses for corporates, PE houses and entrepreneurs.
