BDO has appointed Susan Walker as a senior director within the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) team based in London.
Walker has specialist experience in plc advisory and capital markets, and will help to enhance and develop this side of the M&A practice.

Walker joins from London stockbroker Fox-Davies Capital and, having spent 17 years prior with KPMG Corporate Finance, she brings with her a wealth of experience. Walker has advised on a number of high profile transactions, including San Leon’s GBP64m offer for Aurelian Oil & Gas, Imperial College’s listed subsidiary’s GBP140m rights issue, and Bodycote plc’s GBP417m disposal of its testing business.
