Beringer Capital has appointed Yuriy Boykiv as an operating partner and executive chairman of portfolio company Perform[cb], strengthening its operational leadership bench as the firm continues to scale its digital marketing and commerce-focused investments.
In his new role, Boykiv will dedicate the majority of his time to Perform[cb], while also supporting Beringer Capital across deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution activities within its broader portfolio.
Boykiv joins from Front Row, where he served as chief executive officer and board member. During his tenure, he led the integration of multiple agencies and an e-commerce business into a unified e-commerce and martech platform, overseeing a more than threefold increase in both revenue and EBITDA over a three-year period. The business was subsequently sold to Charlesbank Capital Partners, with additional investment later provided by HighPost Capital.
At Beringer, he is expected to focus on operational scaling and strategic development at Perform[cb], a key portfolio company specialising in outcome-based marketing services.
Boykiv brings more than two decades of experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, and agency services. Prior to Front Row, he was president of Dentsu X, where he managed major client relationships including LVMH’s US fashion portfolio and Jaguar Land Rover’s global account. He also co-founded Gravity Media, a multicultural advertising agency that grew to approximately $50 million in annual billings before being acquired by Dentsu International in 2016.
Earlier in his career, Boykiv built and scaled several businesses across the advertising and media ecosystem, combining operational leadership with experience in mergers and integrations across agency platforms.
Perform[cb] is a performance marketing company focused on outcome-based advertising solutions, while Beringer Capital invests in middle-market businesses across media, marketing services, commerce, and technology sectors.
