Blue Wolf Capital Partners (Blue Wolf), a middle market private equity firm specialising in the industrial and healthcare sectors, has appointed Samantha Dwinell as an operating partner with a focus on human capital.
Dwinell will serve as an advisor for organizstional and talent development, supporting Blue Wolf’s investment team on people-centric performance and growth strategies and counselling the firm’s diversified portfolio on areas such as leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce planning.
Prior to joining Blue Wolf, Dwinell served as Chief People Officer for Stream Realty Partners, a commercial real estate company, and for Sevita, a private equity-backed home and community-based healthcare provider. Before that, she spent nearly 20 years with Texas Instruments.
Dwinell graduated from Miami University with a BA in Economics and Sociology and received an MA from Benedictine University in Management and Organization Behavior as well as an MHRIR from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
