BNP Paribas Private Equity invests EUR1.8m in Acropolis

Funds managed by BNP Paribas Private Equity have invested EUR1.8m in Acropolis Telecom.

After making an initial investment of EUR700,000 in May 2009, BNP Paribas Private Equity is continuing to support Acropolis Telecom’s development plans, which include acquisitions in the French market to build a national footprint. 

Acropolis Telecom will continue to grow organically by financing its own offers in the fields of convergence telephony, IT and unified mail services.
 
Acropolis Telecom is a telecommunications operator specialising in Voice over Internet Protocol systems offering voice, video and data convergence for European companies with between five and 2,000 employees based in one or many locations.
 
Acropolis Telecom’s turnover was EUR5m in 2009, a 25 per cent increase compared to 2008.
